Here are da rules for my RPG. You dont blow up the universe. You CAN use the radar to find people when they are fading or else fading would be cheap. You cant do this ::appears and use Final Flash:: it has to be ::appears:: *new line* ::use final flash:: ya know, like a whole different line. K, next, no moding. I mean, ABSOLUTLY no moding...it gets annoying and unfair and people argue about crap.
